How soon can we offer appointments?
We have Technicians booked in different areas every day, this makes us very flexible and means that a Sam’s Gutters & Roofs Technician is not very far away from you! Please call us or email us and we will be able to give you a definite date that is convenient just for you!
Can you assist with all of the formalities necessary for work carried out at my building?
At Sam’s Gutters & Roofs we are fully competent in assisting and completing all of the Health and Safety questions that arise. We are able to provide, for each and every single job, bespoke Risk Assessments and Service Level Agreements, as well as assist you with additional and bespoke documentation. Every job is treated as an individual and we we are supported by a full membership with Croner that supports us with safe solutions that need thinking outside of the box.

Are we accredited to SSIP?
Yes absolutely, we are. We took our accreditation from the founding member of the SSIP – Safe Contractor. We are also very highly rated on Trustpilot, members of the Federation of Small Business, and we are fully insured. There’s no reason not to call Sam’s Gutters & Roofs today.
Are our Roofers employed or do we sub-contract?
Our team of Roofers are sub-contractors and we are 100% involved with our clients from start to finish. We have an agreed upon code of conduct that everybody is signed into and committed to and we are all working towards the same goal – 100% happy and satisfied clients.
Can we publish a price list?
At Sam’s Gutters & Roofs, we specifically and carefully look at each property individually and ensure that we are providing the most accurate price. There are so many variables for gutters and roofs, we would not want you to be paying more than you should or for a service you do not need.
