Labi arrived Earlier than expected- which was great!He explained everything that was necessary and then proceeded to do a very quick, very efficient and totally expert job. All this in pouring rain and with minimal upheaval.I would not hesitate to recommend Sam's Gutters to anyone- they are helpful, professional and efficient.

Having the worst weather this winter, the heavy storms were kicking in badly this autumn. After discovering watermarks on my bedroom ceiling, I reached out to Sam’s Gutter. Having a bit of a nightmare with another company first, I hoped that Sam’s would be better. And luckily they were. From the first approach to the final works everything has been smooth, professional and honest. They sent Labi, on a ladder, who conducted the right diagnose and did the job himself. The concern wasn’t the gutter, but the roof and he came with the right expertise to trust with the matter. Things can be spenny, and you’ll have to wait if you want to get it right, but you want to have it done by someone who knows their craft. Highly recommended!
I contacted Sam’s gutters with regards to what I thought was a sagging roof gutter and down pipe, and also to get roof gutters cleaned, as a garage extension makes it difficult for me to access the roof. Mark arrived at the agreed time and carried out the inspection and confirmed that the roof gutter was already clean with no debris and the area of concern was actually meant to be lower to allow drainage, and was fixed securely, and took photos to show me, Mark did not try to create work where there was none to do, and gave honest and professional advice. Thank you to Mark and Harry who did a fantastic job in realigning a gutter and they also cleared a downpipe. Really pleased with their work. They were polite, professional, turned up on time, worked efficiently and kept me updated. Would definitely recommend.
